“My break line blew out in the middle of the day. Searched on Google for the closest auto repair shop and this Tuffy came up. I limped my van to the shop and they looked at it and said they could fix it. Nor only did they fix the broken line they also replaced the other side because as you know any auto repair comes in 2's. The price was outstanding for the amount of work that they had to do. Everyone was very nice and kept apologizing for how long it was taking. “My fiancé and I had the absolute best experience here! Our car started leaking radiator fluid on our way from Ohio to Utah. The Tuffy team immediately took our car in and began to work. They offered us the best price as well! Their waiting room was not only comfortable, but also clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were so blessed that the mechanics did a thorough job on our car. They found 2 other major problems with the car that were overlooked by previous mechanics. Again, they offered us the best price for the repairs and even stayed past closing to finish the job so that we could continue traveling. “The manager was great. I had a emergency earlier in the week with my other vehicle and @ 6:00 PM he told me to bring it in they will stay till it is fixed. He and the tech were exceptional, worked over time to fix my problem. When I brought my Ford Explorer in they gave me a ride home and the manager offered to come pick me up after work to take me back to get my vehicle. Orland Park is in the Chicago area, rarely get small town service in the Chicago area. I have nothing but high regards for staff at Tuffy and all the work needed on my 2 vehicles will be done there.”

“Trustworthy!! The manager is the most honest and cost effective mechanic I have ever met. I am a single female with a 2004 car that has over 130K miles on it. I have been going to him for years and have never had a bad experience. He will give you estimates on what needs to be done. ALSO he will give you a priority on the importance of the work done. This really helps me with my pocket book budgeting. I especially like that he escorts me into the shop and shows me the parts that needs to be replaced. For instance, he showed me a cabin filter today, and what a good one should look like. I suffer from allergies and the replacement fixed my allergies. BRILLIANT! Cheap fix, too. As a single female, its easy to feel insecure about getting ripped off in auto repair places, but I’ve never felt that way with Tuffy.”
